The total export of information and communication technology (ICT) services from Serbia for the period January to November 2024 amounted to €3.712 billion, surpassing the record set during the same period in 2023, according to Mihailo Jovanović, Director of the Office for IT and eGovernment.
“In the first 11 months of 2024, the total export of ICT services has already exceeded the previous record year, 2023, when exports reached €3.44 billion. These figures confirm our projection that we are witnessing yet another record year for ICT exports, which will exceed €4 billion by the end of 2024,” Jovanović stated.
According to the announcement, in November 2024 alone, ICT service exports amounted to €371 million, a 20% increase compared to the same month in 2023. The surplus in ICT services for the first 11 months of 2024 was €2.916 billion.
