Ukraine exported 18.981 million tonnes of grain and pulses between the beginning of the 2024-2025 marketing year (MY) and December 9, 2024, including 606 tonnes shipped this month, Ukrainian media said with reference to the press service of the Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry, which, in turn, cites the State Customs Service’s data.
Ukraine’s total exports between the beginning of the 2023-2024 MY and December 13, 2023 stood at 14.697 million tonnes, including 1.6 million tonnes exported in December 2023, the ministry’s press service said in a statement.
Since the beginning of this season, Ukraine exported 9.115 million tonnes of wheat (121,000 in December 2024), 1.866 million tonnes of barley (4,000 tonnes in December), 10,800 tonnes of rye (no rye exports in December), and 7.684 million tonnes of corn (475,000 in December).
Ukraine’s flour exports between the start of the 2024-2025 MY and December 9 totaled 33,300 tonnes (1,600 tonnes in December), including 30,500 tonnes of wheat flour (1,500 tonnes in December).
