External Merchandise Trade (excluding non-declared trade) of Georgia amounted to USD 2 941.5
million in January-February 2024, 5.0 percent lower year-on-year. The value of export decreased by
12.2 percent reaching USD 803.2 million, while the import decreased by 2.0 percent and amounted
to USD 2 138.2 million. The trade deficit equaled USD 1 335.0 million and its share in trade turnover
constituted 45.4 percent.
