Trade between Georgia and the European Union soared by $578 million

In 2023, Georgia exported goods worth $704,364 million to EU countries that is 11.6% of the total exports.
As for imports, Georgia brought products worth $3.795 billion from EU countries that is 24.6% of the total imports.

• Light vehicles – 455,649 million US dollars

• Oil and oil products – 343,590 million US dollars

• Medicinal products packaged – 248,772 million US dollars

• Telephone equipment, including telephones for cellular networks or other wireless networks – 106,901 million USD

• Trucks – 105,751 million USD

Top 5 export commoditiies:

• Copper ores and concentrates – USD 295,485 million

• Walnuts and other nuts – 50,017 million US dollars

• Mineral or chemical, nitrogen fertilizers – 36,096 million US dollars

• Natural grape wines – 30,834 million US dollars

• Ethyl alcohol undenatured, alcohol concentration less than 80%, alcoholic beverages – 30,161 million US dollars.
